So Is It A Bakery or What?

Actually, no.  This website exists to showcase one woman's journey into sugar art...or to show how she plays with her food, depending on how you  want to look at it.

I live in Texas...which means that unless I want to jump through a million flaming hoops and spend a bajillion dollars, I can't get a license to bake at home.  I don't have the money to open a shop and I don't have the patience or inclination to decorate someone else's cakes all day long for eight bucks an hour.  So I bake for the sheer joy of baking and share my cakes with my relatives and close friends.

So I can't bake you a cake...but I'd be happy to tell you how I did something so you can try it yourself.
